Payment Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms before placing an order, booking a rental, or requesting a service. They apply to all advance payments and related charges.

  1. Advance Payment Policy

    All payments must be made in advance before delivery of any product, rental, or service. No order, rental, or service will be processed without receiving full advance payment.

  2. Accepted Payment Methods

    Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved digital payment methods.

  3. Order Confirmation

    Orders and rentals will be confirmed only after successful receipt of full advance payment. Pranjal Enterprises reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not received.

  4. Rental Payment Terms

    Rental charges must be paid in advance for the complete agreed rental period. Any extension of the rental period will require additional advance payment.

  5. Security Deposit

    A refundable security deposit may be required for rental products. The deposit will be refunded after inspection of the product upon return. Any damages or pending dues will be deducted from the security deposit.

  6. Product Damage Charges (Rental)

    If any rental product is damaged while in the possession of the customer, additional charges will be applicable. The customer is responsible for paying the full repair or replacement cost depending on the extent of the damage. In case of severe damage or total loss, the customer may be required to pay up to the full value of the product. The charges must be paid immediately at the time of return or settlement.

  7. Additional Charges

    Any extra services, repairs, or support beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately. Customers are required to clear all such charges without delay.

  8. No Refund Policy

    All payments made are non-refundable. Refunds, if any, will be processed only under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Pranjal Enterprises.

  9. Failed Transactions

    In case of failed or incomplete payment transactions, the order or service will not be processed.

  10. Rights Reserved

    Pranjal Enterprises reserves the right to modify these Payment Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
